情景1

What prior experience do you have leading a fast paced, results oriented restaurant?

请问你以前有没有快餐行业的相关领导工作经验?(考察你是否有快餐店服务经验)

Think about this situation. The restaurant is very busy an d there are several people waiting to place orders. You are in the middle of taking a customer’s order when a team member comes to you with a customer complaint. If you were in this situation, what would you say to the Team Member? How would you handle the situation? Why?

思考一下下面这个情景:餐厅非常忙碌,有很多客人在排队购餐。你正在为其中一个顾客点餐时,你的一个团队成员过来跟你谈一个客户的投诉问题。如果你遇到这种情景,你将如何与你的同事沟通?你将如何处理这样的情形?为什么?(考察你是否能够与顾客清晰的交流,了解客户的要求)
